In the spirit of the XXX Olympics, acclaimed and oh-so-serious journalist Stephen Colbert takes a look at the sport that every "Joe Six-Pack" enjoys the most: dressage.

What is dressage? You'll have to watch parts one and two of Colbert's interview with former Olympian Michael Barisone as well as his training session in "fancy prancing" and Colbert's ultimate quest to wear a tiara.

Dressage (or horse ballet as it is affectionately known) has received a bit more attention lately because Mitt Romney's wife, Ann, partially owns a horse that is competing in the London Olympics.

All we know is that we'll be rooting for Colbert in his 2016 Olympic bid...only if he promises to do the Dirty Dancing routine he discusses in the video.
